Privacy notice
This notice explains how the AI visibility scan handles your personal data, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who is responsible
The personal information controller is:
- Legal name: TODO owner (legal name of the business)
- Address: TODO owner (registered address)
- Contact email: TODO owner (the address for privacy requests)
What we collect
- The website address you scan.
- The answers the AI engines gave about your practice, and our analysis of them.
- If you ask for the full report: your name, email address and phone number.
- The consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed to it.
- An address bucket derived from your connection (a shortened network address), used to limit abuse.
Why we collect it
To run the scan, to send you the report, and to follow up with you about related services. We send you a weekly update only if you leave that box ticked. We do not sell your data.
Who processes it for us
To run the scan we send your website address and the scan questions to AI services run by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity, and to DataForSEO. We store data with Neon (database) and Upstash (queue and counters), send email through Resend, and host the site on Vercel. These providers handle data on our behalf and may process it outside the Philippines.
How long we keep it
Scans, their answers and their event records are deleted after 90 days. Your contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights
To unsubscribe from our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. To ask us to delete your details, or to see, correct or object to how we use them, email the contact address above. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
